nice
the idea of crossing tetris with space invaders is quite funny. but in the end, this game is nothing more than hitting spacebar, while moving from the one to the other side of the screen. it could need some more upgrades and some kinds of different "enemies" (the different blocks of the orinial tetris for example, which are rotating and change their way to the lower screen. the different blocks you put in behaved to similar).
keep it up! the idea is brilliant and with a bit work it could be hilarious. ^^

Tetris blocks!! Genius. I'm definitely going to add that to version 1.3. I'm also going to add more variations to the blocks (stone blocks, blocks that multiply etc...)

Was Alright
It was ok. I think that as far as playability I didn't like how I couldn't hold left or right and continue moving while I shot. When I hit spacebar I stop moving.
Also, some sort of small poof or explosion or SFX would be nice when you actually hit and remove/destroy a box.
