Well, I cant say its bad, but I cant say its really good either. Like you said, this is your first submission, and you actually tried here. You didnt make a chunk of steaming crap and try to excuse it for being your first flash submission. Im glad you tried, and the plot seems like an interesting one.

What I might suggest is make the text stay on screen longer, and make the falls more realistic. (When the guy gets shot and falls for example). And since you are a beginner, use tweens, and not FBF (Frame by frame) animating.
