Personally, I thought it was awesome.

Great characters, good plot, and it's a great base for plenty more episodes to come.

Reason it didn't get ten from me is 'cause I think that slower readers (of which there are many) may not be able to read the text fast enough before it goes. You can't really put in forward arrows, then it wouldn't be totally a movie.

Guess your only option is voices, since the text staying for longer would aggravate some viewers. Get a mic, yes?

Other than that, though, great performance. This could really go somewhere is my opinion.

Didn't get into it...

Your drawings are nice but without voices I lost the plot.
There was less action, even for a first part. Your chars are nice, so I'll give you a 7.
With more action and voices it would be better. Also improve the music. You can fade in and out to avoid abrupt stops.

I can imagine how long you've worked on your setting/char design. It would take SEVERAL hours for me :) . But improve your sounds and you 'll score higher
