This is the only thing I found about a Madness Combat MMO/Multilayer game. We all WANT something like this. Imagine you and your friend, fighting against enemies and enemies, zombies, replicants, in a f*cking cool Sanford-Deimos style! Please, PLEASE, do it. Just do it. :)
