I got the sound clip from a friend of mine, and this was the first flash Animation i ever did. I was new to flash and was just trying it out.

I dont know, this didnt really appeal to me. his arms were freakin out too much and the animation was horrible so i am just giving you an honest review. and it looks like you just drew over an imported picture of the scene and made it move a little.
