A great start

Your animation is good, and with time and work it can get better. Your story could use some trimming, and to be honest parts of it come off as sounding paranoid, but that may well be what you're going for, so I can't fault you. Nice mysterious conspiracy concept, with a dash of zombies...

The animation was good but it did take a very long time. The idea behind it wasn't bad either. It did make me laugh once: "Hey, cheer up kid... People die, heh", so blunt and straight to the point. Still overall Its not bad.
