This is a short narrative i created for a project at univercity. The task was simply to animate a visual narrative on a chosen piece of music.
I chose Yoshihisa Hirano's "Raito no Temu" (lights theme) (soundtrack from Death Note anime), because its a tense and sad piece of music. so i wished to deliver a heartbreaking (or so) visual.
Took about 50 hours.
Pulled an allnighter before it was due, finished 6 hours before submission.
Music is cropped to shorten the timelimit to 2 minutes as well as lighten up swf.
There is a dashboard with movie controls but i encourage you to wathc the whole animation without pausing. There are also quality controls there and you do need an 2gb of ram to view this movie on hight quality without lag, since its using a lot of movieclips with effects like glow and blur where i needed them.
