The beginning song is kinda good but, other than that I did not enjoy this flash. It was just a quite unflattering pic of richard simmons to music. Again just the 2 frame thing to make it look like it is dancing. I feel no effort was out into this.

Painful to watch. Good music but the animation is less than technical I guess the words I'm looking for are "work in progress". You could be good but try a little harder. It's not about getting it right the first time. Why not ask someone for assistance or start a collaboration?
