Sorry, I thought it was kind of a mess.

It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't call it good. The feedback was kind of weird- my shots went right through the enemy ships. Sometimes they blew up when the shots went through, sometimes they didn't. I don't know if they were wearing down the shields or what, but some sort of visual feedback would have been really nice. I even tried using the dick bullets to see if that would fuck shit up a little faster, but to no avail. Lastly, I don't think that customizing the bullets/asteroids/ship from the main menu was really necessary. Maybe making those unlockable, with different effects, would have been dope. As it stood, it was just silly.

Lambtaco responds:

They were wearing down the ships. The ships vibrate faster and faster depending on how much they've been damaged. Maybe I should have pointed that out. And whether or not the customization was neccessary, it was easy (for me to do). There are some skins than are unlocked when you complete story mode. And it's supposed to be silly.

Anyway, I didn't exactly pour my heart and soul into this, so I'm not gonna bitch about it.

A nice rippoff

The controls seemed a little sloppy at times and adventure mode took forever to get where it was going, but otherwise a good job.

Keep it up.

Lambtaco responds:

Thanks. I wanted to keep the controls spacelike, so you could drift and such. And I made the adventure mode that way because I was afraid it would be too short.

Not bad

It is okay not great but not bad. I am not a fan of asteroid or games like it. For what you were trying to do it was kinda cool. The penis thing was bad though and with all the copy right infringement its a wonder you not in jail.

Lambtaco responds:

Yes, because eveyone who rips off Asteroids goes to jail. And come on, everybody loves a phallic weapon. Lighten up, buddy.

needs something

The game play is far from original, but I have to give you some credit for the story line. The game would be more enjoyable if there was some kind of background music or ambient sounds.

Lambtaco responds:

I usually don't include music in my stuff because I figure everyone has their own music that they'd prefer. But I'm starting to reconsider, noting the demand for it. And I had a sound going everytime you shot an alien ship or asteroid, it got annoying, trust me.

Fair game

I suck at games like these. I tend to go too fast and blow up in a rock. I have two real issues about the game. The first is the white text with the star background. It is hard to read. You should change the text color to green or something like that. The second issue I have is how the rocks are indestructable for a short period after you shoot them. I use to being able to rapidly chip away the rocks. You don't have to. I can understand if you want to keep it like that to increase how hard the game is.

Lambtaco responds:

The invulnerability is just there to comphensate for the rapidfire relative to the original asteroids. And I'm honestly surprised that anyone actually read the instructions.
