mmmm....
this is great for a game. put a character that came to the body from a pill and give him some type of weapon to kill the hemoGOBLINS. then he trip the whole body killing this fellas. it should work.

I heard the thhere were things called hemoglobins in the blood when i was young and thought that it was hemoGOBLIN and was afraid cause there were little demons that invade your body.
