OK, I have to make this a tie becuase one person said that he got it, but although his codename wasn't exactly correct, it was close enough to lead me to believe he actually got 100%. And another guy got it after him and gave the correct codename. So here they are:

Nice idea, only one level, most opportune time is to drop around 108/107 on the fuel meter, I got 95% from that.
A little empty since there was only one house in it in, and no obstacles besides the ground. Maybe it'd be a little better if the position changed each time.
