Very hard to follow. You had the whole "drug theme" but nothing else was really understandable. And, like the others said, you couldn't tell which caracter was talking, but you have gotten better than the shape people. Ohh, and some of the comments you had in the movie weren't up long enough or for a really long time.

Start a third version with plot, call it BCR.3

Well, your animating has improved, but the 'story' was quite confusing.
Some characters have lip synch, and some have not. This makes it quite hard to follow. I thought it was out of synch, only for it to be synched again.

It can be funny to make fun of yourself, but you do it constantly. This is annoying, not really that funny and should not be put in.

Your animating was okay, but next time please think of a story first.

i know you tried to improve it but sorry its still bad, i couldnt even understand which voice was coming from who and the letters didnt do much better in fact the made it even MORE confusing

well.. its not bad drawings, lip sinc as you put it was not great. Ill be honest.. i stopped watching it maybe halfway threw.. i wouldnt know because i stopped. The reason is because i got bored of it... it wasnt funny, seemed to be no obvious plot other than peaople getting stoned. a great flash needs to hook people, grab them and not let go. This failed at doing that so sorry, but i think this should get blammed. i voted 2 because i have mixed feelings.. i think it should, but this isnt half worse than some other shit ive seen so its up to other ppl to make it go through.
