This is me first ever flash I have submited to newgrounds , and I know its not very good but I put effort into it , its a paper flash which means i drew all the images by hand then scanned them into my pc and put them into the flash . Anyway itl probably get blammed but at least i tried ^_^

Not bad, it's certainly a interesting style you're trying to go for. Why not try some frame by frame stuff instead of tweeing. I reckon that would look really awesome.
