yeah...

well.... nothin too good. didn't find any humor in it, not very good looking, looked jumpy. And for the running fat guy, delete him and re draw him using shading and not what it looks like circle tools.

It's not as funny as you said it would be, but it has some comical value. It would b uch funnier if the other guy (I'm presuming he's an englishman) had a corny voice and accent and if you added a poking sound.

You've definitely got the dry humor down. Good job on that. But as for the fat guy running, I think you should make him a take a tremendous tumble because fat people falling down is always funny.

This isn't the funniest or best of cartoons, but thats good animation, a somewhat clever idea, and it has some music too...And about that fat guy at the end, you should make him jump off a cliff, and he catches the head balloon, then floats back down.
