About the Rockout Preloader - As this game is in AS3, the AS1 preloader wont be compatible. I'm sure armorgames and newgrounds wont mind, they're cool people, and they alreadly let it slide for Spectrum.
The aim of the game is to catch all of the orb things using your swinging thing. The orbs are triggered by the song, using a cool AS3 function called computeSpectrum.
