It helped!!! Even though I don't have Micromedia Flash 8 yet, I'm getting it for my birthday. And when I do, I'll know how to make a simple "button." I probably wouldn"t have understood how to. So it isn't actually simple.

Well, I just wanna say first off:
This is my first submission to newgrounds. But I have been using Flash for a while now.
The tutorial is hopefully one of many in a series of tutorials I hope to complete in the near-by future; look out for more of them by me!

there are other ways that are very complicated and confusing, but this tut is perfect for how to create your first button :]

I've read and used many of the tutorials on Newgrounds, even though they didn't help me very much, thus they were advanced ones, not basic ones, but there are lots of easy button tutorials which I understood and learned from.
Anyways; This was a little cute and somehow innocent looking tutorial, and it was pretty good, and also very easy to understand.
So, it's one of MANY button tutorials, and also one of MANY understandable button tutorials, so then the question is: Is it worth saving? The answer is yes, thus tutorials are needed, and many tutorials makes it easier too find what you're looking for.
So I voted too save it.
Keep it up, and make more, because according to me: Tutorials are always welcome.

a simple, yet extremely easy tutorial.
This is the first tutorial in NG that actually made sense to me. he rest...pshh, wouldn't even mention them.I hope you make a how to do a flash tutorial that's as easy as this. Then I'll finally start submitting flashes to NG.

I'm glad to see that this sort of style actually gets through to readers instead of big ctrl + V and ctrl + C sections that just say copy this and explain it in a really confusing way.
