Though I do not remember you, I found the review which you are referring to. My response was a joke, and was not to be taken literally. I meant that it was silly to regard my animations so highly when they were so poorly made. I was flattered and appreciated your reviews though. Thank you for being a fan, but my animations on NewGrounds are only my old ones from when I was just beginning. I have been sharpening my Flash skills since my last submission and all of my current projects far surpass what I have currently submitted, even though all of those projects remain incomplete. Since my better animations are incomplete, I have not submitted them.

I have looked at your two animations and checked out the artists you mentioned. I having nothing against them, but these “artists” come nowhere close to being as skilled with Flash as I am. Firstly all of their animations and yours are sprite movies. Sprite movies are the easiest by far to make, and in my opinion show nothing of skill. Also a rating of slightly over 3 is not a good rating, and anything below a 3 is a poor rating.

Your animations were also poorly made just like my early ones, and that is to be expected of beginners. But unlike you I began longer ago and used an older version of Flash. I also didn’t have anyone to teach me anything about Flash. I had to learn from scratch, using a more outdated program. I do not wish to discourage you, but if you ever want to come close to my abilities, please try much harder.

I’ll forgive you since your argument came with gross amounts of ignorance, but be more careful not to make such a lapse in judgment in the future. I would like to offer you some advice. If you want to learn Flash from someone, learn from those who have actually made worthwhile animations. Stop making sprite animations. They do not require much talent or effort. If you want your animations to be interesting, take more time writing your scripts and consider the intended audience. When you attempt to insult someone, speak with actions instead of words. And if you choose to speak with only words, use spell check and a larger vocabulary. Again, I do not wish to discourage you. I do hope you come to be a good Flash animator someday, as it is a very fun and rewarding experience. But know this:
You will never become better than me.
