I can appreciate the time you put into it but generally, I wasn't a big fan of it.
The animations in some parts really bothered me. One example being, when the dog was dragging him and the looked like he was just walking at a slow pace. There were more but I won't bombard you with that I thought was "wrong" with it.
The backgrounds were okay. I'm not sure if you were going for the clipart look or was just trying to get it done more quickly or just taking a shortcut.

Well it was kinda rushed for my schools film festival thats kind of why the animation isn't that well put into. This isn't really my best work but I think its pretty good. Thanx for the review though.

...you modeled a flash after the old looney tunes and made it your own. You're much better with backrounds then the charachter animations but you'll get there. Good Job 4/5

Nice sounds
I liked the sounds, although it did sound a bit as if my speakers were crushed or something like that.. Well basically the quality of the sound wasnt good, but the sound itself fitted right in the movie
