Would you like to learn HTML?, well this small and easy tutorial shall teach you the basics of HTML :D
Not bad, but could be better...
First thing I would like to point out is that if your trying to teach someone something, dont have music in the background that distracts the user. Basic UI and interface rules. But apart from that and some unneeded language, your HTML help file is ok.
Hope this helps in future projects.
What are you trying to do? Get people to make really crappy websites? You should have learned more and made a really good tutorial on it about a year for now... oh... and BB Code has almost no relation to html. That's like relating actionscript to binary
This tutorial was not bad however I did find it a little ... hmm how can I put it. Not explaining things enough perhaps, and the things you did explain were not wrong but not the rightest it could have been. For example you said <h1> was a title. Thats true you use it for a title, but what it actually stands for is heading. Explaining using the words that the actual tag stands for In my opinion helps me remember all the tags better and easier.
Yeah the truth is i started html like 2 days ago
and from there i just got power mad for more, and i have great knowledge of BB code so it almost relates
anyway this was more a tutorial for commands i guess.. but still basic commands
That was pretty good put you left out like majior steps in order to even have it on the web like after the <html> you ahve to tell the internet browser what langague to us for EX: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
"website on where to find langauge-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="website on where to find langauge"> that is the first thing you use then you go ahead with the head/body althought some people won't have the same as me dued to the may use a diff langaguem
anyways not bad
You explained it very well. I already knew all of that HTML, but it would help a lot of people who are just getting websites off the ground. And another thing, you don't always have to use notepad. I use Microsoft FrontPage. With FrontPage you don't have to go through to trouble of saving it as a .html file. When you press control+s, it will automatically save it as a .htm file. Great Tutorial, though!
