A few people have been getting confused, but the afterburner only works when the yellow bar is charged, and it drops to zero if you shoot or get shot (to avoid ruining the 4th point in the list below)
Also, if you want to start in a destroyer, press 'End' to self-destruct in your fighter.

Okay, so the initial game concept was basically like this:

- Huge space battles (with several distinct forces)
- Intelligent AI
- Allied ships
- Giving the player no significant advantage other than their playing skill

As far as we’re concerned we accomplished all of that, and in doing so we’ve made something that feels quite unique to play. Now we’re just hoping that you folks agree =]

And to any webhosts who read this, you are all welcome to host this game on your sites, so long as you dont attempt to claim ownership of the game or change it in any way, and you make sure that you display it correctly x.x (500x500).

amazing game!

great concept, but i found it somewhat difficult to find enemy ships.

AndrewMartin responds:

Hm, was the radar not working for you? That's basically what it's there for =/

cool game!

Reminds me a little of doomrunner, except less laggy and harder. A campaign mode would be awesome!

The testudons have insane range, so they're pretty much impossible to kill if you're left alone. It's kind of fun when there's more than one army, but a lot of times one army shows up a little late, and mobs the rest of the guys. Maybe you could add strategic commands?

Different modes would be cool, like a training mode or something. A shop and varied weapons would definitely be nice.

AndrewMartin responds:

The campaign thing is definitely being considered now that so many people thought it actually WAS a campaign already x.x

IF we make a sequel, there would be a greater variety of ships and weapons, and i think i'd probably preset the levels (if it were a campaign), which would prevent the enemy from mobbing you (unless that was my evil scheme all along, of course >=])

Thanks for the input =]

Not bad, it's quite interesting...

There should be some powerups in this game, that would be so much better. It's very addictive but if there's alot of levels, there should be a save game slot in the game. The music is awesome... I think the radar to detect myself should be a bigger arrow because sometimes I get confused as to where I am at. It should also be a different color. Also another thing I don't like is that the enemies move to fast which is almost impossible for me to aim at them. Also when I lose, I have to start from stage 1 all over again. It should be changed up a bit to make it a little bit easier.

Nice Job, almost good. 3/5

Great Job

I been waiting a long...long time for a game like this to come out. If you need any new ship designs (which I'll do in flash acourse) or anything like that just PM me.

i loved it. If you keep makin games as good as this one, i'll keep votin 5. It was fun enough, long enough, and challenging enough. Good job.

AndrewMartin responds:

I do like it when people appreciate a challenge =]
