A few people have been getting confused, but the afterburner only works when the yellow bar is charged, and it drops to zero if you shoot or get shot (to avoid ruining the 4th point in the list below)
Also, if you want to start in a destroyer, press 'End' to self-destruct in your fighter.

Okay, so the initial game concept was basically like this:

- Huge space battles (with several distinct forces)
- Intelligent AI
- Allied ships
- Giving the player no significant advantage other than their playing skill

As far as we’re concerned we accomplished all of that, and in doing so we’ve made something that feels quite unique to play. Now we’re just hoping that you folks agree =]

think about it, how am i supposed to win if i have 8 fighters, and a destroyer, against an enymy with 2 testidons and 20 fighters, i had a smialar senario to that in every lv, it is still fun howver, your getting a 4, but only just

AndrewMartin responds:

Heh, i'm glad you still had fun despite your woes.

To be honest though, if you end up in that situation it's probably because you haven't done well enough in the rest of the battle =/

loved it

I really enjoyed playing this game, it was challenging, and there was obviously a lot put into it. Really good effort on this one! I think the screen size could have been a little bigger, that would have helped, I mean I know you have to radar and everything, but I think it would be a little nicer with a little bit larger screen space. If you plan on making a sequal I would like to see upgrades and all that good stuff, but I'm sure you've heard that plenty of times. In conclusion, I enjoyed this game, and it's pretty damn cool.

Very good but

This is an excellent game. There are a few problems though. One is that when there is a battle vs. 2 opponents, whoever starts at the top of the screen wins automatically because the two at the bottom go right for eachother and then get jumped by the third. Also, your friendly ships tend to break up into individual units while the computer stays in larger groups, giving them an advantage.
