Casltewars is a turn based card game where your goal is to be the first to build a 100 storey castle, you also win by destroying your opponents castle.
(to discard cards hold down the Ctrl button)

Castlewars is a clone of the game Ants made by Miroslav Nemecek. his homepage is but sadly ants is no longer hosted there but if you use google i am sure you will find it :)

and yes as many of you have pointed out this game is based on Arcomage from Might and Magic. i dont get it why are so many you so mad about it?

Decent. Could Use Improvement

This game is ok, but there are some glaring flaws. One, is the lack of card variety. The longer you play, the more of the same cards you get. Secondly, the game is not very alluring in turn-based format. Perhaps a more RTS style game would be more successful. There could be a turn-based combat system, though. Also, the addition of "missions" with separate objectives could add a little more to the game. I just felt like I should give my two cents.

very boring game.

boring as hell, almost no interactivity(
too hard to beat(difficulty setting?)
concept was ok though, try to make some MAJOR additions to this game and it can turn out to be decent.

found a bug

my second game i won by getting my castle over 100, then i got an message saying "exit game | yes no" and not matter where i clicked the message wouldn't disappear and i had to reload the game

nice game, simple concept, would be nice to see your cards in action, for example swat team actually attacking the enemy castle etc

otherwise a good game

It was an okay game. The graphics were nice and simple, but it could use some BGM. If you had little men walking up and attacking the castle in the sequel, that'd be great. I rated Violence 0 because there is no violence.

Yes, I know it's a short review >.>
