1) im still waiting for a newgrounds artist (and i'm being generous here) to realize that some of their viewers might have epilepsy, or a seizure disorder, and thus, maybe the flashing colors might not be a good idea.

2) this has nothing to do with anything, if you are going to submit content, try to make it something with a statement that is discernible.
