Well its not that i dont like it. I just feel like its lacking. A background would have been good. Maybe a scream from the doctor when the little guy transformed, and perhaps a little more animation when he ripped the head off. Instead of it going right to credits he could have eaten it completely, shaken the head around or something and it would have probably been funnier and gotten better reviews.
Other than that there is nothing so wrong with the flash it should be given a zero. There has been MUCH MUCH worse released and its made it to the portal. I cant judge how much effort you have put into this, but i will say if you resubmit a submission it should show a good amount of effort made to correct whatever the problem was before.
Keep doing what you do, it made me laugh. 6/10 from me.
