Kinda reminds me of...
Reminds me of RaidenX. With all the twitchy gunfire and baddies. The supreme twist of it all that makes you stand out from your every birds-eye gunner is that you have to fight your way back to the beginning. Very clever, but annoying at later levels when you die and you're surrounded by enemies who clearly can out-gun you. The bosses are tricky and remind me of Ikaruga because is their attacks and ways to dodge them. This is a first unique shooter that you CAN survive after one or two hits. I like the life bar thing and the energy bar for your sub weapons always remind you that you can't abuse on it forever, and force you to rely on skill sometimes. Speaking of sub-weapons, the electro-shield is one hell of a weapon that can save you and kill you at the same time. I didn't like it, but it I had to utilize against the second boss in London that did it's spiral attack. The music could use some basic upgrading, I'd feel more powerful when I hear some uber dramatic music. But then again, I wasn't really paying attention to it in the first place... The missiles need work on homing, but seeing as it is, you've must of designed to make you lock on and fire it yourself, again, very clever. But one weapon that I liked, and I'll admit it's very easy to abuse on, is the thunder shock one. Just instant pwnage. Like the reviewer before me stated, this game would rock out loud on the Wii.
I look forward to more challenging games from you, and good luck.
Sincerely yours, ÙYutoÙ
