My first submission to Newgrounds and my first "finished" flash movie. This is the ridiculous combination of animating and THEN recording audio while making it all up on the spot.

My main focus is on stop motion animation, but since I discovered that I can animate over video, adding special effects will be a piece of cake. Originally edited in Windows Movie Maker, so there are a few compression problems but overall not bad.

A plot and more flash animation will be present in the next one - really!

Edit: I cut the file size down by half. Better?

Quite good!

That was some pretty decent stop-motion animation. Much better than I can currently pull off. I found the jokes to be somewhat amusing as well. Nice voice acting here, as well. Overall, nicely done! I hope to see a longer movie from you sooner or later. Nicely done!

Also, if you would like some help with digital video, let me know. Alright?

Thank you very much! The only main problems I had with compression on this flash were in the opening text and closing credits. I think if I do future videos with turning them into flash in mind then it shouldn't be too big a problem.

Good but. . .

Please compress the damn file. It's a good flash, good stop animation. Just some good ol' fashion enjoyable dumb hummor. But it take's longer to DL than it does to watch it.

joedog86 responds:

What's the best way to compress video without too many compression "artifacts" showing up?

I personally thought this was brilliant, I haven't seen much stop motion animation here on NG, but I can tell that this is very well done, I especially liked the way things rose up from the floor. Keep up the good work.

Very Impressive.

Despite being kinda short, this movie was quite good. I see you're a lot more knowledgeable about stop-motion than I am. The animation was excellent, you had a good framerate and the video quality was pretty good. Good soundwork and the jokes, though kinda cheesy, were kinda fun and made me chuckle. Overall, a short yet fun stop-motion movie filled with Lego mayhem. Nicely done!

joedog86 responds:

This is probably the shortest of my stop motion videos. I chose it because it seemed easiest to animate the mouths to. Longer stuff with silly stuff like "storylines" and "plot" will come next.

Thank you very much for the compliments!

Pretty good

I like the way you made it but just like the guy before me said you need to add a little more flavor into it but other then that it was good
