Disclaimer: Ok, so I don't really care too much on this subject, and my opinion is in no way portrayed in this animation directly. I understand that there are many differences of opinion out there, which some have stated in their reviews - but I really don't give a stuff, so if you feel inclined about expressing your 'views' or 'facts', just remember, I don't give a damn if you're right or wrong. Ok this is something I did for an animation competition over at animationforum.net to do with "Global Warming". I wanted to show/portray how some young people view this issue and what their attitudes are towards it and the ways they may go about expressing their concerns for this global issue.
I'm not overly impressed on how the 3D sections turned out in this, but they are going to have to do for now since I did leave it rather late in the comp to mess around.
Anyhow, I'm pretty much declaring this animation "finished" :P

I don't know why you're not getting good ratings on this. It's pretty good and it has a nice message, too! Also, it has really nice music! People don't get Global Warming, these days. They tend to ignore it, but Global Warming threatens us all. They need to listen! :)

The 2D animtion is a little iffy, but, the message is good, the voice acting is good, and the 3D is awesome. The art looks like it was mostly done with the line tool but that is okay, I guess. Back to the 3D, the earth model was epic, especially when it changed to all hot and shrivled away.
You're rating over the wrong thing, people
Yeah, it's kinda dry and dull, but it wasn't made to entertain NG viewers, huh? And the voice acting and animation look pretty good to me. It's unfortunate that people are giving you such poor ratings for making a video portraying a certain view, one that's not your own. It takes skill and knowledge to show a character that really seems to believe something when you personally don't give a crap.

i always thought the idea of the human race some how being resposible for the planets total destroction and that the enviroment was to weak to survive with out our help was pure arrogance.
if you think about it life on earth has been around for billions years before us, and suvived global catastrophys far worse than any thing we could do.
