Update: I *was* going to add the sound files to the audio portal, but the audio portal no longer accepts .wav files. So until either the portal again accepts .wav format or until i have time to do conversions to mp3 format, the uploads aren't going to happen. Drop me a note if you want one of the sound files before then.

This covers ch.1-11 of the Apocalypse, slightly abridged and revised in light of this being the 21stC. If you think such a depiction would offend you, do yourself a favor and watch something else. If the animation style reminds you of Monty Python that's because it was deliberately made that way. The bits of music that I made for this will be added to the Audio Portal later. Run time is roughly 3 1/2 minutes.

For all you Clocks out there: B makes a cameo appearance. Also, any semblence to any Clock in this movie, living or dead, is somewhat coincidental.

Special thanks goes out to G.F. Handel, the state of Texas, and a bunch of anonymous monks whose art got used like sprites.

wow that was retarded, extremely retarded, but funny

BurningRiverStudio responds:

Since funny was what i was after, i'll take that as a compliment.

it made me giggle

humor made up for everything else because i dont really care about graphics or how oringinal it was.its a good parody about religion it teaches how holy water can purify dirty t-shirts.the 2d angels and the decapatated sheep heads.the constant interchangable random stuff.pixlated fire balls, mono tone sounding voices were funny but not oringinal.ive seen it used many times on here.this flash is not a favourite but who gives a fuck.its a good flash, that can reveal so much about our past.

BurningRiverStudio responds:

My primary intent is to entertain. Thank you for your review.

I didnt get it at all, but it really has the Monthy Pithon-like style which i liked, but please for next time make COHERENT, because as I read the Bible thats the only thing that helped a bit, but it was just a mess of those chapters, you should improve: sound, because there were some "voices" and/or noise that were un-understandable, the style has future here, but please improve a bit the cuting pictures skill, plus write a plot...
I know it can improve, and I expect it will, so work on it please...

Work Needed

There is some work needed on this, it just didn't grip me. Some of the voices needed working on, Speakonia is good but if you were aiming for a more serious story you should have used deeper tnes or not used speakonia at all.

BurningRiverStudio responds:

Not sure how to break this to you, but i didn't use Speakonia. In fact, the chorus of singing lambs was my own voice after being run through various manipulations; i tried to make the words clearer on that particular file but doing so made the file size go waaaaay up- and i *do* try to make my flash dial-up friendly.

If you think i was aiming for a "serious" story, you obviously missed the rubber ducky and a few other visual gags besides.

I realize it needs work, but if you really wanna be *helpful* you might try making some constructive suggestions.
