The Fear Hole: Episode 4

The first episode where I've employed anyone else to do a guest-monster (the same guy who does Webster does the insectoid-avian "Zolg"), and the episode I'm most satisfied with thus far. Much faster-paced and more layered than the last three.

I actually started this episode immediately after episode two, got about a minute in... and procrastinated for a year. Mid-way through the dry spell I created the "black slug" episode, but otherwise just couldn't muster the will to work in Flash.

Fortunately, this gave me time to evolve for a while before tackling the rest of it. It's my big tribute to H.P. Lovecraft, and I hope I've done that in a way you haven't seen a hundred times before.

Hopefully I'll have my fifth episode done by the end of summer...and the sixth in time for Halloween, but don't hold me to it!

It's chibi Cthulhu

hey... my eggs... theyre hatching into mice!

Rofl classic man good job but u cant reely hear em that well and i wanted to see the other monsters kick ass... also id like a bit of blood :p keep it up man

It puts the "Fear Hole" in, well, Fear Hole.

This is good. That's all I can say about it, this can no longer be judged on the same scale as "some random portal entry" because that would make the average entry seem really bad (I'm not saying they aren't, but still). I propose that people judge these on past episodes, a kind of Fear Hole Scale Of Judgematizing (it's a proper noun that's why it's capitalized), I don't know exactly how it would work, but I thought it was a good idea anyway.

..on one review you asked how you got an interactivity score. Well, let me explain. I rate these flashes based on emotion. If I laugh, cry, yell at the screen, whatever. Now if a flash causes a change in emotions, ...doesn't that make it interactive? In my opinion..yes. Another classic bro,...like i said before, this is a Newgrounds classic series you've created. Thanks

absolutely genius

someone make this front page NOW! this is by far one of the funniest series i've ever seen here on NG. period.
