it can't make the average person laugh without them wanting to.The average person would laugh very quietly on the inside.

I disagree with the previous guy, this is actually good and at first i thought waht does this have to do with smoking and then i found out, but nice job trying to show not to smoke. Even though my dad does and so i have the second hand smoking thing so.... yea....
