i love the way you used a tutorial and called it your own. i can prove it, you just added some music and a bg image, it's from tutorialscene, search snake it's the second one.

snake game- minus 1 snake
there isnt a real snake, but that is okay, cuz its fast, and you need only 1 hand. top marks for fun!

you made this game at school didn't you? I made the same exact game of snake like this too just last week.. you just added the music, and the sound control didn't you? you didn't make the actionscript for this.. because I was going to submit this same game too..
