Top-notch

This was genuinely a great rpg type game that is anything but generic. The graphics were superb, as well as the interactivity. I found the "awareness" skill hilarious. Overall, wouldve preferred a longer game. I hope the account from this game can transfer to the next.
The majority of the criticisms from unhappy reviewers are weak. They appear to not have given the game enough time and tried to breeze through it. To beat this game you need to level by training a bit. Best way to level fast is once you are able to defeat the glow worm, keep killing them. They give 500 exp and I was able to reach level 15 before I attempted to defeat the first boss character.
As for the lack of recognition... front page, mostly long thorough reviews, 4+ score... I think you've gotten quite a lot of well deserved recognition. The score might be a bit lower than it deserves but its still early on and the few whiners might have blammed it, bringing the score down a bit. I've given it a 5/5. It'll slowly raise.

make another one

hurry up anf make chp3 plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent!

I can see why some people think this feels like Zelda. The backgrounds have a very Minnish Cap feel, almost like this is being played on a GBA.. but to me? It honestly feels more like Chrono Trigger! The way those little sparklies guide you twoards secrets, the blend between machinery and magic, even some of the monsters themselves.

Regardless of the inspiration (I'm sure, even if those two are sources, they're hardly the only ones), they're nothing without the brilliant work put into this. Smooth fighting, good music - not too repetitive, and very fitting - fun puzzles, and interesting monsters.. I may agree with some of the other reviewers that the magic/skills could use a little.. diversification, but it's nothing that'll stop me from enjoying this, and looking for the next chapter!

Keep up the AMAZING work!

Mesiria chp1 got out the 29th of march 2006 ;-) lol
There is a note that was left on a box in the room before the puzzles room; it contains the code. But, sometimes you can't read it because of a bug.. if that happens, you can send me a private message and I will tell you the code :-)
Good luck!
