Well...

Firstly, you should add a preloader. Not that this animation is big, but it is usually nice fot it not to start at any moment. You can find the NG preloader as well as a tutorial hos to use it on the help section.
Secondly, if you are making a music video, maybe you should be remotely interested in lip synching.
I saw many persons writing "it is one of my first animations so be gentle with me". Most of the time what they submitted was uttely crap. And you keep trying to make this one pass.
Work more, brush up your flahs skills, then post something you could be proud of. This one should pass.
And if you are proud of this, well, can't do much more.

Idea

Try thinking of something worth making into a flash. Not some loop that you can make in a few minutes.

Just wondering though, why does the main smilies eye colour change from white to purple?

the song was pretty funny but the thing that saved it was the end.overall not half bad of a flash make more =).
