Maybe it's an inside joke what you xhack guys are doing. I know I never laugh at anything you ever make, and I'm pretty sure it's the same with everybody else. So it might help you to know this.

Here's a few helpful hints on being funny:

If you are going to be random:
Be random. Don't keep making the same predictable work you always do, because it gets boring, and annoying. And when you get annoying you just end up making fools of yourselves, and nobody will like you. And it will suck even more because you won't only be seen as fools, you'll be seen as fools who aren't even funny. Which is pretty sad.

If you are trying to be funny:
Make a joke.

It seems like you guys struggle with humor. I hope this helps. :)
