Chapter 5 in the Broken Saints saga might not be action-packed or full of crazy effects, but is considered one of the most emotional tales in the series. As Shandala lies in a deep coma, her adopted tribal father prays for her return to health. Will she awaken...and if so, will she ever be the same?

Just..... WOW! Best episode yet, even better than the third! It was really beutiful and the ending was happy at least. ((( phew )))

The only thing I didn't understand is the so called "white man". You didn't even show him, just an envelope with a picture of a girl. Perhaps Shandala as a child?

Good job, keep up the good work. You know, you should really submit the whole series to newgrounds, or did you just put the first 1/4 of the series on newgrounds so your site gets more attention? Oh well, you got my attention, LOL

Definitely an emotional episode. Great writing in every episode of Broken Saints. Very poetic... still dark and involved. I love this!

I love it. It's spellbinding, the story is mysterious and intriguing, the speed is perfect; a lot of times when people try to do more serious flash movies, they do things too quickly.

Your transitions are wonderful. The quotes are a lovely touch, and profound on their own on top of relating so well to the story.

I'd lose the motion you introduced in this one, as with the knock on the door and Shandala's father wiping his tears. I saw someone mention it in a review for a previous episode, but I think it cheapens your style. But that's just me.

The *only* thing I saw that bugged me was image quality in random spots, and buggy zooms. Sometimes when zooming in, photographic images got really pixelated. You could probably prevent that by starting with the image big and taking it down, then running the frames in reverse. I'm not well versed in animation programs, but I work with photographic images a lot and know what a pain DPI can be!

Lovely, lovely, lovely work. I adore it. Keep it up.
