OK.

+Art good- needs some books on the shelves! Take a look at my Ibbys Hair Restorer- the rows of books are mostly made up of just one chunk of books in a symbol reused resized and tinted!

+Sound good- I like the two voices and music OK.
+ got lip sync- not very good, buts its a start.
+Funny. Not hilarious, but OK.

the F word a few times is not really what they count as extreme here. Its not like it graphically describes anything.
I cant imagine where this is going as a series, but if you continue with the art, the animation, sound and humour, I'm sure you will be OK.

Well...

I had to turn my sound all the way up to hear the voice acting but the background music was then blairing. Maby you need a little something more, like... and ending? Maybe? Interesting style and drawing. I still like it though. If you make episode 2+ make them a little longer and with more content.

Eh..

Its ok, you could maybe go back and find a better way to do your mouths, but if all your toons get blammed, and you still try, thats good
