Wait through the dude's intro(I think you have to).
Click "Car".
Click "Load/Unload".
Click "Door". Let it open.
Click "Car" again. Wait till it gets to the edge and stops.
Click "Door" again. Let it close.
Click "Drop Brakes".
Add the sound FX if you want. :)

I enjoyed it...BUT!

The guy at the beginning seems to never shut up and it took about 4 times of refreshing the page for the buttons to actually work.
