Ok... this is an extremely short game which Jay Bibby from asked me to whip up in a week for his website to celebrate this Halloween just past. It's nothing special, VERY vague on story and kind of pointless in hindsight... It's just a cheap and nasty little flash designed in the spirit of halloween. So take it on face value that this was never designed to blow anyone's socks off... I'll leave that up to Exmortis 3 in 2007... ;) Happy Halloween you sicko's!

Not bad at all

The game has a "Silent Hill" feel to it, which I really liked. A majour drawback, however, is that I feel this could have been built on to make a very damn good game.

Too short.

I came into this somewhat blind (that is, not having seen your description here), and came face-to-face with a music box rendering of a famous piece from the longest running show about people dressed up in spandex as cats. I then fished around for some tools, found a creepy doll, ignored the Frankenstein that pawed at the now open window, and exited the room.

The next thing I knew, I was looking at a gravestone with my name on it. As always when playing point-and-click adventure games, I tend to read all the little quippits the character has to say on whatever my mouse hovers over. But as I was doing so and trying to find out any sort of back story, I was promptly attacked by a jump scare zombie. My least favorite kind!

Something happened and I clicked off the page for some reason, so I went back and tried it again, thinking it must be that I had stayed in the room too long and got penalized with a game over. I guess they expect the player be a lighting fast puzzle-solver.

But when I found my way back to that screen, I noticed there was no way to navigate out of it. After choosing a few choice words from my arsenal of expletives, the kind zombie assaulted me again.

Oh, that's the whole game, I realized.

My only deal is that with the idea and the quality (excluding the music choice) and all, this could have gone so many more places. Though I suppose your comments here add a bit more justification to it. Ah well. Maybe next time!
