For a noob, this would be completely confusing, and you would only leave the noob with a sense of feeling stupid. The descriptions weren't very helpful, you would only understand them if you knew what they were. Maybe an example for each one would help. Pretty good, don't ever become a teacher

Hmm..

Could use alot of work, for one, you may want to go into detail and explain things better. Not only explain what to do, but why, and how it does that, plus the effects it can have on an image. Also, you have alot of typos that could use fixing. Also, when it comes to the tools tutorial, you should just have a button for when the person is done, instead of assuming they'd be done on the bottom two tools. Finally, when it says you're done with the tools, the last word, which I believe is "here" gets cut off.

Explained things in a very basic manner.

But where's the music? I din't hear any and my speakers are working fine.
