Its good becuase I havent seen this type of flash tutorial yet (though i havent looked) plus unlike some of the ones i have seen this one doesnt leave you second guessing.
I gave it 10 for sound ironically, ohwell.

But for god's sake, either review your own work or get a spellchecker. There were glaring typos on nearly every frame. It makes your work look tacky.
