An awsome tutorial i made about rotoscoping (when you trace over pictures) like in "waking life" or "a scanner darkly". This tutorial was made off of the information i thought of while figureing how to draw these while making them look good.

Note, i know its not rotoscoping, but i don't know the real word for it. Although if you just did this for everyframe, it would be so see it as you will.

-note- the pic i made wasn't my best so if you made it it would probably look alot better than that.
I am currently working on a more in-depth one, for more advanced people.

thats not roto-scoping

all you did in that tut was trace images. roto scoping is when you trace a video frame by frame >:(

The-Mal responds:

Same thing, i just didn't bother to do the whole thing in the tut, that would have took a long time, but you learn how to do it well.

I guess this is pretty helpful for someone with Flash, and the buttons don't look bad, I guess. You have a pre-loader, too.

There is no sound, it's too short, and you have to right-click and press 'Play' to re-start the tutorial.

should be able to say somthing is a tutorial.

yer, there are a lot of tutorails, so why not be able to select from tutorial, game and movie.

any hoops, relay like that stlye of art, though it seems ot be very time consuming, would look great for a movie but again, the time factor. wold be great if some one showed how to do this fast. (my voeting here reflects the what he is teaching)

Dude, why don't you just use trace bitmap...

Trace bitmap is a lot easier... and you can get it to look exactly the same.
