This animation took me another month working on and off. Most of my time was spent looking for new sprites/sfx and practicing my Flash skills to make the fight scenes more intense. And they will continue to get more hectic in later episodes.
Although this episode has more storyline and talking sequences, the fight scene is my best work yet.
I've also added buttons so you may proceed with the dialogue at your own pace, and so I had more room for the main animation as well.
Thanks for all the fans who were patient, hope you enjoy this latest installment.
This is the very episode got me into this series. I thought this was the most epic shit I've ever seen when I was young, still kinda is.
Seeing Yoshi beaten up so hard as a child was so scary... But the battle was pretty good, and I loved how Yoshi gave its all, sadly it wasn't enough, and that was the cool part of it! The heroes searching the Emeralds is still one of the funniest moments at this time. That Pirannha and Luigi gag is a classic. And the revelation of Mecha was so intimidating, killing all of SOnic's world... One of the scariest thing I remember as a child, you really made a good development with it and its creation there. Really well done!
