On the scale of 1-10, this short averages out to a 1. The only constructive thing I can say is that next time put some real effort into making animation... or put ANY effort in your next short! This is worse than having dental surgery without painkillers!

Eh... That was really dumb. It was a little humorous in a "what the crap is going on" kind of way... I think you should improve your skills (or, more accurately: get some) before submitting next time. You get one point for making me laugh a little with the message at the end. Better luck (make that skill) next time...
