Nice effects
I liked this because you gave it good effort and had some nice effects like the "ZOOM" lenz, which was neat i just looked around for abit it was fun, and you had some nice visuals, anyways nice job, keep at it.

This is an updated version it lookes better and I fixed some glitches. I took the advice of all my reviews which helped me alot. I also added a radar to make the game a little bit easier.I hope you enjoy it.

The cluttered background definately makes it a challenge.
Might want to think about making another animation or two for when you get the bad guy though.

alot of the time i was struggleing to find them, so maybe make it a bit easier to spot them out.
Considering
Excellent work, especially for a first flash. Innovative in its way, though I must admit that it was a little too vague on positioning. No sniper in the world locates his enemies entirely based on incoming fire. But very cool over all... next time, a 'closeness' meter sort of thing might be nice. One that would flash when an enemy was near the sight, or something.
