It sounds like Earth-Mage-2000's Cactuar and Tonberry and it looks like one of his "early drawings" if you get what i mean. On youtube it even said it was orriginally made from Earth-Mage-2000 (Mark, really). Sooooooooooo, does that mean you copied him or something?
