Officer Wilcox is patrolling the cartoon world and looking for suspicious activity. While driving along the road, he pulls over two very familiar looking characters for drunk driving. See what happens after a lodge meeting near Bedrock in Cartoon Cops Episode 2: Drunkstones. This is the episode that takes place before the Simpson's vs Dexter's Lab that is also on Newgrounds.
Actually pretty good
The graphics in this flash were quite good, and I could tell you put time into this. The sound was great, the animation was fluid, and I generally enjoyed watching it. That being said, the first half really dragged on, and I started to get very bored. The end wasn't too bad, but the pace of the flash was too slow for my liking. Try and improve on that in your next flash.
