I spent quite some time on this.
Anyway, there's 5 zones in which you can create your scenes and tons of characters to use in them.

Graphics are reused Sonic sprites, that offer no creativity. Why did you throw in Uber? Animation should be smoother, and you need more variety.
Loved this when I was younger. Nice to visit old childhood games again.

This was a cool scene creator with some nice visuals and makes for a fun little builder i liked it and it was pretty fun anyways nice job
