Virtex: QOTD Part 3

Author Comments

This is part 3 of the 4 part Flash-comic book animation series Virtex: Queen of the Dead.

Part 1 and 2 are still available to view on Newgrounds. But in a nutshell Virtex faced off against Harvester - the Queen of the Dead - in a casino but lost her as she made off with a patron's brain. In Part 3, Virtex tracks her down to her secret lair to try and bring her to justice - but there are all kinds of evil waiting for him!

While we were developing this, it was decided to leave out the main introduction and the clickable pages since the general consensus was that people could read it fast enough. There is no back button so if you miss a line you'll have to restart.

Again, I am the creator of Virtex and am posting this on Newgrounds myself to let more people see this work produced in the year 2000. Email me if you have any questions.

a nasty comics moms could by for their kids

"it feels like Lobo meets Captain America except bought out by YTV or Fox Kids"

-work on the humour
-make the fights less one sided

That was pretty wicked :D

except it might have been better to put some voices, but i know that it's suppose to have no voices since it's like a comic stip/book. Great graphics :D

nice work on the animation hope 2 see the next one

Looks Amazing!

Very polished, original artwork not an anime clone....but the audio...the music and sound effects jumped and were out of sync. Despite that, your artwork is inspiring and the dialogue bubbles are a nice touch!

Good job!

The animation and graphics are really good. The detail on all the characters was amazing. The sound effects were kinda bad thought.
