First off, when making a flash, don't use text boxes that require clicking to advance. Voices would be nice, and don't let music overlap into the wrong scenes, it gives it a bad flow. Now you're graphics we're spot-on, I'll say that. But just too much went wrong. Maybe spruce it up.
Not horrible but...
Ok, the concept sounds good but for some reason it did not translate well. I was lost as to what and why everything was happening and I was actually trying to give it a chance. What you need to explain a bit more about is who these characters are. A smoking dog is funny but how is he connected to the girl? See what I mean? Work on your script and come back with another one.

It's been a while since I've seen a good flash on the Portal. Good job, though you could use a bit more movement in the characters, and the Nazi Manson was kinda creepin' me out o.O
