This is my 15 sec. entry for the Anime Network's Fan Service Video Competition. You had to create an under 30 sec. promo for the network. In order to get the clip under 5MB for NG, I had to reduce the resolution and Frame Rate from 30FPS to 15FPS, thus it may appear 'choppy' for some users. Sorry about that. However, if I win the Anime contest, you'll be able to see the high resolution 30FPS NTSC version on TV.
